With more than 30 years of marketing and technology experience at various high tech organizations Nino Ransenberg co-founded DMG with his partners when realizing a vast demand for result based advertising services. Before establishing DSNR at the end of 2001 Nino served at key positions where he was able to contribute with his understanding of markets and technology in order to build and manage large and effective sales organizations. At these days Nino serves as director at DSNR Group of companies and spends most of his time dealing with low tech hobbies.

Since the late 90's and at the peak of the .com era Daniel was involved in establishing several start-ups in the online community/advertising arena. In 2001 he co-founded DSNR, a direct to consumer marketing company where he first became familiar with the idea of result based advertising. His experiences with the advertising world has later led him to launch DMG and turn it into a leading result based advertising network. Today Daniel invests his time into new start-up's initiatives including eType, a typing assistant and translation software and DMI, a social media result based platform. Apart from inventing new businesses and projects Daniel also plays and studies music and enjoys lecturing on entrepreneurship.

Shalom brings to DMG over 20 years of executive management experience, mainly in the Internet and e-Commerce sectors. Previous positions include CEO of d-group, a subsidiary of Golden Pages, Israel's Yellow Pages, owner of several top local e-commerce brands; CFO of Golden Pages, where he implemented migration from print to Internet, handled acquisitions, fundraising and the company's sale to Babcock & Brown, an Australian investment fund; VP of Business Development at Eurocom Communications Group; and Business Manager at Poalim Investments. Shalom holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Served for 5 years as DSNR’s Head of Media Buying & Internet Campaigns, and later became co-Founder & co-CEO of DSNR Media Group. Bringing the media perspective as well as a profound understanding of advertisers’ needs, she was instrumental in the establishment of DMG’s advertising network and its rapid positioning as one of the top 5 European ad networks, with over 350 clients worldwide - placing the company at the forefront of the global media industry. Inbar established the Mobile Marketing Division and leads its quickly expanding activities.
